Happy Labor Day!

Replace Air & Water Filters

It is recommended that Air and Water Filters be replaced every 3 to 6 months, or every quarter.

Clean Gutters & Downspouts

We all know the leaves are coming down! Make sure they don’t stop up your gutters when the rains come.

Check Smoke Alarms & Detectors

This can be a serious safety hazard as fireplaces and furnaces get started up. Be prepared, be aware.

Have the Furnace or Radiator Inspected and Serviced

Don’t get caught without heat! Take steps now to ensure fewer problems later.

Clean & Inspect the Fireplace and Chimney

Soot from last years’ fires can be highly flammable. In addition move firewood to a dry spot away from the home.

Clean the Dryer Vent

You’d be shocked to see what comes out. All that lint is extremely flammable.

Check Windows and Doors for air-tightness

Don’t go thorough all this process only to lose your heat through leaky windows and doors!

Fertilize the Lawn and Perennials

Prepare now for a beautiful lawn and garden come Spring!
