Andrea is the Owner and Team Lead of Spencer TX Real Estate.
Lead by a spirit of service, she brings more than 20 years of experience in administrative, marketing, negotiation and client service to every transaction.
Always faithful, she is a Christian, wife, mother, (“life coach” to her 3 sons), home-making engineer, and a real estate professional.
She has many professional certifications including home staging, listing expert, technology, and negotiation.
A longtime Weatherford resident, she also actively participates in her church and community.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and Marketing with the University of New Mexico.
Her professional background, and many certification courses, paired with her passion for helping others, allows her to guide clients with clarity, confidence and exceptional care.
First Hand Knowledge:
Her interest in real estate began early in life. Growing up, she watched her parents’ remodel and expand their family home.
She witnessed first-hand the thrill of breaking down a wall to make a great-room. Contributed to several kitchen updates, and participated in a new bedroom and bathroom take shape.
This gave her a deep appreciation for home improvement and the emotional connection people have with their homes.
Buying her 1st Property:
Buying her first property in 2008 and subsequently, selling it – (along with other investment properties), she can sympathize with some of the stresses around real estate, and is determined to ease her clients through the process.
