Amendments & Addendums:

Buyer Offers usually have Addendums that will be included with their offer to buy your property. Additionally, contracts often need to be Amended, or changed. We can walk you through both of these processes.

Required Documents:

For Example: Texas Law requires Property Information be made available to Buyers. If a Seller’s Disclosure is not provided to a Buyer before an offer is received, the Buyer has 7 days, after receipt to back out.
If the Seller’s Disclosure is never provided, the Buyer can back-out of the deal, all the way to closing.
