The September Real Estate Housing Report shows an increase in Active Listings, greater number of Closed Sales, and Median Price is down slightly in many markets.  National Interest Rates are holding around 6%.    Desirable, clean, well priced listings are selling quickly.

Tarrant County Median Sales Price flat compared to September 2024, while Days on Market and Months of Inventory reflect a continued advantage for Sellers.  

Johnson County lost some ground on Median Price, but Closed Sales and Days on Market reflect a stable market.

Parker County has 5.7 Months of Inventory, Closed Listings are outpacing Active Listings, (cutting into Months of Inventory, from 5.9 in August).  This reflects a continued demand for this market area.

The City of Weatherford Closed Sales are down when compared to 2024.  
Although median price is down slightly, demand for this market is strong.

The City of Granbury closed 110% more transactions when compared to September 2024.  However, Median Price indicates price reductions, while Days on Market and Months of Inventory give Buyers a slight advantage.  

Housing Report Aledo

Aledo at 47, has the fewest Days on Market.  Median Price reflects many Price Adjustments and a higher percent of Active Listings show a swing in favor of Buyers.

Burleson is an attractive market with Declining Months of Inventory favoring Sellers.
