Pending Home Sales in April Declined across the Country
The Housing Report for April show pending home sales decreased 6.3%.
All four U.S. regions experienced month-over-month transaction losses.
Year-over-year, new contracts rose in the Midwest but declined in the Northeast, South and West – with the West suffering the greatest loss.
